Orion People Solutions was formed in 2000, the vision of our MD, Matt McMaster. Before Orion PSL was formed Matt had spent many years in the logistics industry but, more so in the training and development of staff. Matt believes staff training and development is crucial to any company, small or large, to ensure that staff are fully aware of there responsibilities to health and safety, but also to modern methods of work best practise.
Since then Orion PS Ltd has nurtured that vision and helped many companies and organisations to realise that the most important commodity of all is “your staff”, and providing the opportunity to training and develop their skills and knowledge is crucial to your companies hopes and dreams.
From those humble beginnings, Orion PS Ltd is now one of the largest providers of “national/Scottish vocational qualifications (N/SVQ)” in the UK.
